Product guide

This guide summarises what the Mia Casa platform does for property owners, agents, and hosts — and how public listings, guest tools, and admin workflows fit together. Use the sidebar (desktop) or the menu (mobile) to jump between topics.

Overview

The Mia Casa Studios platform helps you publish a dedicated micro-site for each property, to accompany mainstream sales and rental portals and augment the information they contain. Visitors get depth you control; you get structured admin tools, optional rental guest registration, and rental calendar integrations for your team. Use the platform's audit tools to see which parts of your micro-site attract interest — including whether people arrive from rental- or sales-oriented home cards.

Self-service micro-sites

As a property owner, rental platform host, or real estate agent the MiaCasa Studios platform tools allow you to add and maintain a dedicated micro site for each of your properties, to make your property stand out in the market and establish a polished property presence. You can include as much or as little information as you need to showcase your property. Upload images into single-image placeholders and galleries that transition automatically; add clickable links to your property vendor or rental site to direct your audience to your partner sale or rental platform. Mia Casa supports multiple languages for administration and allows you to provide translations of your own content for property presentation, including English, Nederlands, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Ελληνικά, العربية, ไทย (more languages can be made available upon request).

Structured information

Organise content to support room-by-room detail, add downloadable manuals, local recommendations, and a summary of property features, fixtures, and fittings. Key facts and facilities feed summaries and navigation. This structure is the same model your public listing and guest views are built from. A typical property micro-site contains ∙ headline images and image galleries, ∙ property name and location, ∙ key facts such as number of rooms and property size, ∙ a summary section that describes the main attributes of your property, ∙ any number of custom pages, ∙ a dedicated page that you can use to create sections that describe your property's environment (such as schools, transport links, community facilities, nearby restaurants and supermarkets - what you choose to add is up to you), ∙ categorised facilities lists that can describe for instance, built in fixtures and fittings included in the property ∙ a downloads page of any documents you wish to share. Custom pages can include a header image or image gallery and page description, and can be divided into discrete sections, each with a section description, header image and image gallery. All pages are automatically added to the listing menu, and for longer pages, you can opt to add a page's section titles as a sub-menu to promote easy navigation. All property listing data is optional, including the languages that you want to publish your microsite in, according to your target audience's needs. You can start with adding content in a single language, then add to your selected supported languages and provide a translation of your original text for each of those languages, using free online tools such as Google Translate. You're in control - have your property online in hours and refine your micro site to create private revisions - you choose when to publish a new version whenever you're ready to go public, with a single click.

Rental operations

Mia Casa's rental-focused features support both single and multiple rental units in the same property - a good rule of thumb is that if you have multiple listings on a rental platform for one building, you would divide your property listing into the same number of rental units. Rental listings emphasise personal recommendations for shops, restaurants, activities & attractions, and should include property facilities, with optional appliance instructions added in the downloads section. Import bookings from rental platforms like AirBnb to quantify availability; set rental unit rates and use Mia Casa's Rental Insights to analyse booking performance, potential income and actual income per rental platform and guest nationality, wastage from rental gaps, bookings and enquiries by rental rate period, and bookings by booking date. Automate guest communication - send each rental guest a unique link at the click of a button and allow the Mia Casa platform to request their pre-visit registration, which includes details about their party, arrival airport and identity - post-registration emails include one to the guest that contains accurate directions from their chosen airport and property access information, property hosts and owners are notified of registration completion. Each visit to the property listing by the guest evaluates their status and displays appropriate messaging to encourage perusal of your recommendations and to encourage them to leave a review on the associated rental platform. Manage other members of your team such as property managers, rental platform hosts, by creating user accounts that for instance can see only booking summaries (without financial information) and for service providers who can see only empty periods. Publish booking calendars whose contents are appropriate to your team members' roles - that can be imported into their mobile phone's calendar app, or to other calendars like Outlook or Google Calendar - which are automatically updated for each of those personnel when bookings change. Calendar event detail varies for each team member role, so for instance, service providers' calendars contain only empty periods for the property which are accurate to arrival and departure times. The guest calendar event attached to their post-registration email also includes a map link and those aforementioned directions and property access instructions, as well as contact details for your nominated property manager, giving them offline access to that information within their own device. Set your micro-site as the property's suitably-equipped Smart TV web browser home page - your guests can browse your property information from the comfort of your property's armchair, again personalised to their booking details with appropriate messaging.

Sales listings

Complement your main sales listing with a dedicated and detailed property micro-site that can answer the questions of potential buyers and provide necessary information for the eventual new owner. List detailed property information (such as room measurements, curtain sizes, security features, etc.), property facilities, fixtures and fittings, and instructions, personal recommendations for nearby schools, transport links, leisure facilities, shops and restaurants, community features and events - all of which doesn't belong in the teaser information of the sales agency website. Add downloadable documents covering sales particulars and key facts, service records and property-related guarantees, maintenance schedules and service provider details.

Rent and sell together

Combine the features of both rental property and sales property listings to create a single listing for both rental and sale - with booking links, guest info and sales particulars in one place. The ability to combine both listing types is useful if you are a property owner or real estate agent who wants to sell your rental property, or rent your property whilst looking for the right buyer.

Guest experience

Guests may arrive at your property listing via signed links tied to a booking: the public listing can show welcome context, registration prompts, and (for verified guest links) precise location and directions. A focused guest hub supports registration and in-stay information. Regulatory and host-notification behaviour depends on booking source and server configuration.

Bookings, calendars, and exports

Alongside iCal-style availability, you can generate subscription URLs and CSV or HTML schedule exports for staff who do not use the admin app. Treat subscription URLs like passwords: they carry operational detail until they expire. Booking analysis tools in admin help you review gaps, cleaning windows, and platform mix.

Team roles

Administrators, owners, agents, property hosts, property managers, and service providers each see a tailored slice of the admin experience — from full listing lifecycle and financial fields down to read-only booking calendars for specific roles. Assign users to properties and roles so the right people see bookings, guest comms, or turnover windows without over-sharing.

Configuration and trust

Email (Resend), SMS (Twilio), optional guest-registration notifications, and flight lookup keys are configured on the API host. Contact channels also power password-reset OTP delivery for admin users. See the repository DOCUMENTATION.md for environment variables and operational notes.
